------------------------------------+---------------------------------------
 The checkbox input does not allow easy setting of a default state. When
 creating a simple checkbox with {{{ echo $form->input('active',
 array('type' => 'checkbox')); }}} it behaves as expected. That is, the
 default state is unchecked. Checking it and submitting the form leaves it
 checked. Unchecking it again and submitting the form leaves it unchecked.

 Creating the checkbox with {{{ echo $form->input('active', array('type' =>
 'checkbox', 'checked' => true)); }}} brakes this behaviour. When
 unchecking it and submitting the form, it stays checked.

 The 'checked' option should work like 'selected' for other inputs, i.e.
 determining the default state of the checkbox when the form is first
 loaded, but not influencing subsequent loads. Or there should be a
 separate 'selected' or 'default' option.
