{{{ Folder::correctSlashFor }}} and {{{ Folder::normalizePath }}} are
functional equivalent. Currently correctSlashFor is a wrapper for
normalizePath. It makes more sense to me and performance wise to make
normalizePath a wrapper for correctSlashFor because:

a. correctSlashFor is used exclusively in the core libs
b. Some Overhead is involved by delegating each call to normalizePath
c. correctSlashFor seems to be the more appropriate method name
