 Hi, currently when using pagination, named arguments are being thrown away
 through pages. It would be nice if we could keep these arguments.

 At line 318 of paginator.php add the following:
 {{{
                 if( !empty($this->params['named']) )
                 foreach( $this->params['named'] AS $key => $value )
                 {
                         if( $key != 'page' )
                                 $url[$key] = $value;
                 }

 }}}
