In cake/libs/view/view.php, in the _render() function
SVN revision 7886 changed the view.php so that it triggers the Helpers
afterRender method without first checking if helpers are enabled for the
current render operation.
This then means that the afterRender() helper method is then incorrectly
invoked after rendering a Layout.
