Well, of course is not going to work since $scripts_for_layout is echoed
before doing anything inside the layout.
Maybe View::renderLayout should pre-rendered the same way that the views
are so that in a second pass all scripts are correctly written.
I still think that this is a bug since it breaks the expected behavior of
elements.
