assertTags() method fails when checking for presence of empty property.
Test case:
{{{
$data = '<test empty="" />';
$expected = array('test' => array('empty'));
$this->assertTrue($this->assertTags($data, $expected)); //fails.
$expected = array('test' => array('empty' => ''));
$this->assertTrue($this->assertTags($data, $expected)); //works
}}}
Both should pass the test.
