cake/tests/cases/console/cake.test.php -> ShellDispatcherTest ->
testBuildPaths fails with the message:
Equal expectation fails as key list [0, 1, 2, 3] does not match key list
[0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
the contents of $Dispatcher->shellPaths:
