#6014: Checkbox helper doesn't work correctly with Aro Aco values

Since Release 1.2.0.7962 Final the html checkbox helper doesn't work
correctly with Aro Aco values and particulary the -1 value. To correct
this I made a rapid hot fix :[[BR]]
In the file : /cake/libs/view/helpers/form.php (line 837)[[BR]]
