When FormHelper is used inside <cake:nocache> in a page where view caching
is enabled, the following is output:
Notice (8): Undefined property: stdClass::$model
[CORE\cake\libs\view\helper.php, line 328]
Notice (8): Undefined property: stdClass::$association
[CORE\cake\libs\view\helper.php, line 361]
Notice (8): Undefined property: stdClass::$field

So right now in 1.2 Final you can't do view caching on any pages which
have forms created using FormHelper.
Only current workaround is to handcode all form tags instead.
