Many FormHelper methods require contextual data relating to the passed
parameters, the current view object and the model associated with the form
(as well as model associations) to obtain the proper metadata that allows
the automagic detection of form input types to occur. The current
implementation of the <cake:nocache> tags does many of these factors into
account, and is thus unusable in conjunction with the FormHelper.

If you wish to benefit from partial view caching, element-based caching
offers much more flexibility and control than the nocache tags, and can
accomplish the same effect.
