for extreme optimal OOP programming it would be great if you could add a
whole new feature to your site by just adding another plugin-folder.
now, that won't work, cause you will get an error that the table doesn't
exists yet. so you would have to get into phpmyadmin (or whatever) and add
the table. Although it's not really bad, it still could be better.
So, my suggestion was, if cake finds that the table for a plugin doesn't
exist, cake would try to execute /plugins/pluginname/install.sql and then
do whatever action it was supposed to do.
