Or use a shell, thats what we did with ApiGenerator. Auto installing will
only slow things down. We want to make things as fast as possible, not
slow them down with auto installing of tables. Plus using .sql file will
not provide good database abstraction, and if a user is using postgres,
the mysql.sql file you wrote will not work leading to more :(
