#584: AgaviToolkit::clearCache could bail out if the path doesn't exit anymore

Since the exception from the RecursiveDirectoryIterator is not caught the
method bails out if the dir/file it should doesn't exist anymore.
Causes for this can either be concurrent cache deletions or phps stat
cache caching the realpath call
