Right now, {{{m}}} is used for the message and {{{l}}} is used for the
level. Those should have the more explicit names {{{message}}} and
{{{level}}}. BC impact should be minimal as there are
{{{getMessage()}}} and {{{getLevel()}}} methods in
{{{AgaviLoggerMessage}}}
