I forgot to mention, as an all out emergency, you could simply open
the TiddlerEncryptionPlugin tiddler, it's documentation includes a
'Decrypt All' button, which you can press.

Also, never, ever, edit the actual encrypted tiddler content - you can
edit the tags, but if you fiddle with the encrypted text itself, you
won't be able to decrypt it.
