Right, I'd forgotten about that.
Generally, macro parameters can be enclosed in "double quotes", 'single 
quotes' or [[double brackets]]. However, the latter doesn't seem to work 
in this case, so escaping the nested single quotes is probably the way to go

FWIW, simply escaping the single quote directly ("\'") worked for me as 
well. Not sure whether that's TiddlyWiki being clever, or just a 
coincidence.
