An easy and lightweight plugin to create a one-file plain text backup of only the content of a TW is Backup2Text macro: http://www.potto.client.jp/#%5B%5BBackup2Text%20Macro%5D%5D - such a backup can be easily restored by importing its content via the backstage import function.
