Not sure if this is of interest to anyone, but I'll put it out there anyway! I've created a basic adaptation of TiddlyWiki to use at work. The main purpose is to use it for reporting to clients on the status of a project, and recording minutes and suchlike. I've blogged about it (and it can be downloaded from) here:
