Did you perhaps right-click on the *background* of the page and then use the "Save Page As..." command? That would result an improperly saved TW document. Rather, you need to right-click on a *link* to the desired page (for example, the link that is in the original posting on this thread), and then choose "Save Link As..." (or "Save Target As..." if using IE). This allows the browser to retrieve and store the URL's contents without also processing that content for rendering (which unfortunately makes it un-usable for saving the file later...)
