Thx all for trying fixing this. In fact, when importing tiddlydesktop core from the last tiddlywiki version, the border outline of each tiddler doesn't work at all. I'm investigation a way to fix this, but no so easy. For the cosmetic bug of too large window header, that was only a matter of padding reducting from 2,2,2,4 to 0,0,0,0 for good aspect in IE.
