Thanks Fred and Marcelo I tried PBWiki and didn't care for the look of it, and it was kind of sluggish for me.
Wikidot looks more promising. But the Wordpress tryout I linked above is working pretty good, so I think I'm going to run with it. I noticed there are a few articles about using Wordpress as a CMS (thanks for the term, Fred).
