Hmm. Who is to decide what is "detrimental" and what is not in the 
organization and reorganization of content if it is not the people who 
created the content? Software developers, especially of software like 
TiddlyWiki, are in not in a position to decide or constrain decisions 
about such matters.

That said, I believe TaggerPlugin requires DeprecatedFunctionsPlugin. 
Tagger works exactly the way it's supposed to with it.

While I'm at it, could someone explain to me why 
DeprecatedFunctionsPlugin does not appear in the sidebar? I thought I 
remembered finding it in the Shadowed list, but it wasn't there when I 
checked just now. However, if I go to the Plugin Manager in the 
backstage it is in fact there.
