I see that Morris has answered your question regarding TaggerPlugin -- it's weird that the documentation for the plugin doesn't note it's dependence on DeprecatedFunctionsPlugin -- but regarding the question quoted above, stick around. You'll see the TddlyWiki is indeed still being developed -- TiddlyWiki and the plugins that make it possible to do so many amazing things with TiddlyWiki. The creativity of the folks doing the work is routinely in evidence here.
