Thanks both of your apply.  Morris' hint saves me further frustration.
It is greatly appreciated.

 It is certainly the price to pay for using the open source-natured
software.  (I am not complaining since I have experienced a lot of it
with Linux ten years ago. Any problem may have already been solved
somewhere. I just need to find it).  Just most of on-line plugins have
some ages (2~3 years old), so I wonder if TiddlyWiki is still actively
developed.

There're still a lot of things for me to learn especially Java script
& CSS stuff.  But I will certainly stick around with such great helps
from the community.
