I'm really sorry to hear that! However, I'm somewhat clueless what might have happened. If TiddlyWiki reported "Main TiddlyWiki file saved", your data should indeed have been saved - otherwise TW would have reported an error. Is it remotely possible that the document you're opening now is not the same you were saving to? Try create a copy of that file, edit and save, then reopen it - has the data been saved?
