I like to have a tool exactly like TagsTree that is able to display the hierarchy of tags. But I had very difficult time with TagsTree.
If I simply import it to current TiddlyWiki, it works. It will automatically write the MainMenu with a line <<tagsTree>>. But if I open the MainMenu tiddler and do any modification (even not changing anything and close it), the left sidebar (mainmenu) will be blank ant TagTree will never show up no matter how. Neither can I open a new tiddler and put the <<tagsTree>> in. Nothing will show up there. The only way I can customize it to show up at left sidebar is to directly change the code (close to the bottoom): config.shadowTiddlers.MainMenu="<<tagsTree Tools excludeLists 2>>" Save it and reload it. Then an customized Tag Tree will show at left. Anyone knows how to correctly use it (customize it and display it in any tiddler)? Or if you know any alternative, it would be great also.
