He Jon, no, i'm definitely not using IE myself, (FF) but as explained before, i'd really love to make this combination work to be my site - and it's too bad but IE still is what most people use. Good news from the European Council, though, they fined MS for including IE with the OS, next step being that MS has to take it out in their new releases of windows...
I think that the slow reaction time has mostly to do with the combination of TTMM and MoveablePanel, because in my TTWW-only setup it's a bit faster.
