I've been looking through some of the themes available for TiddlyWiki and trying to work out how their colours are defined. All have a ColourPalette tiddler and a StyleSheet tiddler. I've noticed that most define # colours in both.
What I am trying to work out is which tiddler takes precedence and why colours need to be defined in both places?
