I Cant help you directly, however I have played with the WebPage views of
Outlook before, any java or HTML view can be brought inside a tiddler. Maybe
that is a starting point.

You can save an outlook  email to file in outlook message format, then use
quickedit (tiddlytools) to link to that file. Clicking it will open it in
outlook.

I will look into it again, a bit more, and let you know if I find something
useful.
