Hello Roger, I guess our workflows are different then. What I wanted to achieve is to use it in my MonkeyGTD system. I receive an email which leads to a certain task I need to perform. I create the task in mGTD and add the link to the mail in the description (via the macro). That way, at the moment that I have the time to get to the actual doing, I can click the link and see all the info from the mail directly. This saves me the time of having to look up the mail(s) again in my Outlook folder structure. I understand that you need a way to actually incorporate the mail message in your TW.
