That's globalOverlay.js, not Overlay.js, BTW.

I found the add-on, it's Text Link. I disabled it and the issue is
gone. Guess I'll have to do without it.

If anyone is curious, Text Link allows me to follow URIs that are
plain text, by double-clicking them instead of doing copy/paste to
address bar.
