If you leave the setting at 5 for SearchOptionsPlugin usage, then the GotoPlugin behavior would be *almost* as if you used the "quiet" keyword: <<gotoTiddler quiet>> which prevents the droplist from *ever* appearing automatically (i.e., you always have to press the down-arrow).
