Good point. There I go again, missing the forest for the trees
(idiomatic expression).

I was thinking that the goal was more one of maintenance, pruning away
or re-filing information that was meant to be short-lived.

But if the goal was more PIM-oriented, then there's better options out
there ... and probably not much reason to take this to the next level.
