Again, this is going to depend on what exactly you're looking for. If
you want the title, subtitle, date, etc. broken out into completely
different FIELDS, then you'll have to go with a customized
EditTemplate as Eric and Wolfgang have suggested. If you just want
some nicely formatted "starter" text, then I'd go with Eric's template
suggestion.

You can do any normal formatting you want in the template tiddler, and
it will get copied to the new tiddler. In my "inline" suggestion
above, you'll notice that the field headers (Due Date, Complete...)
are bold. You could just as easily change fonts, sizes, or whatever
through the normal TiddlyWiki markup.
