so then could I have a set of cookies that are set globally for anyone
visiting my TW with:

   if (true) {
      ...
   }

and then have a second set of cookies that are my personal preference
set by:

   if (config.options.txtUserName == "YourNameHere") {
      ...
   }

I've have to split out the values to the 2 groups, of course...

Would that work?
