That's because TiddlyTools also has UploadPlugin installed.  It is
*that* plugin that is changing the command text.

TW checkbox option settings are usually stored as browser-cookies.  As
such, any settings applied when the document is loaded from a given
domain will only re-applied when viewed from that same domain.  Thus,
settings for file:///path/to/file.html are different from settings for
http://somewhere.com/index.html.
