I've just uploaded version 0.23. This version supports persistence. That is, you can open a tree the way you like it, close the file, and come back later and have it in the same open state. You need to have the dynamic drive cookie library installed, and set up your configuration for the macro appropriately. The instructions are with the plugin2 tiddler.
