There's Saq's FontSizePlugin http://tw.lewcid.org/#FontSizePlugin -
for normal scaling of tiddlerbody text.
You could also use Paulo Soares' SlideShowPlugin
http://www.math.ist.utl.pt/~psoares/addons.html.
It uses a dedicated stylesheet with large fontsizes and removes the
things you don't need for a presentation.

I believe the slideshowplugin delivers a simple way to change the
looks of a TW, making the text readable on a mobilephone and otherwise
behave as a normal TW.
When it's in slideshowmode - you can still navigate via links and
buttons as normal - I'm not quite sure about editingmode though...
