I'm having a hard time analyzing this - partly because your sample 
document contains a lot of data and customizations unrelated to the 
issue at hand.
That's why we usually ask for a _minimal_ test case:

By the way, you might want to use tiddler slices* directly instead of 
going through the trouble of using extended fields and them displaying 
them in a table.
