I'm honestly not sure what happened, I tried it again and again and finally it worked. I don't know why it decided to work and for now I don't care. There is one thing though (and I'll make a separate topic if necessary), I can drag and drop some local images while wysiwyg editing and they'll show up in the Tiddler but others won't. There doesn't seem to be any reason why one doesn't show but the other does. Why would one .png image display while another will not?
Again, I appreciate the help Måns. I'm not usually so easily lost with computer problems.
