I think http://tiddlytools.com/#EditTiddlerPlugin will do what you want if used in conjunction with <<tiddler tiddlerTitle>>. Just put <<editTiddler TiddlerName linktext>> in the other tiddlers. Maybe even hook it up with HideWhen.
