If so, how do I do that without > losing all of the content? > Upgrading depends on the version number, with more recent versions you can do that with the 'upgrade' facility in the backstage (which you can access by clicking 'backstage' in the upper right corner). Otherwise, you can download the latest TiddlyWiki, open it from your file system, access the backstage and use the build in 'import' facility to import all tiddlers of your original TiddlyWiki.
