As of today, Chromium (4.0.207.0 - Ubuntu build 25312) has been
updated to support Java and Flash plugins. I tested it after upgrading
Google Chromium under Ubuntu Jaunty 64-bit.

Do not forget to run Chromium as:

  chromium-browser --enable-plugins

To save, as indicated by Eric below, use tiddlysaver.jar in the same
folder as the tiddlywiki.
