I've had no luck getting chrome to import or load tidders (or an rss feed) from remote servers. My debugging ponits to something wacky occuring in the network http request. The import returns almost immediately and other than some header exchanges, there is no data transferred (accoring to wireshark). I wonder you inability to upload is another manifestation of the same problem.
