Morris Gray has made another very comprehendsive help and guide twhelp http://twhelp.tiddlyspot.com/ There's a lot of information and many good examples... The bolts an knots you are looking for regarding change of colors etc are defined in the StyleSheet and PageTemplate-tiddlers. Sometimes you find combinations/variations of these two in custom systemTheme tiddlers. There are many englishspeaking twwizards in this group who can explain how they work - much better that I can - However I will recomend taking a look at twfortherestofus and twhelp.
