I've been playing around with a combination of MoveablePanelPlugin

I've had a look at Morris Grays executive twt-treeview-
executive.tiddlyspot.com - and inspired by his and Erics custommade
themes I have started to try and make my own.
My first theme is actually just a custom pagetemplate using the
default stylesheet + extra inserted stylesheets (treeview jquery css-
in different brands for different themes).
The custom pagetemplate uses custom sitetitle,sitesubtitle,mainmenu
and sidebaroptions.
My first question is:
1)
Is it possible to set a custom PanelMap or/and even a story of
tiddlers ("custom defauttiddlersreset") for each theme as well?
I know that I'm bringing up a reccurring question - but it is, I
believe - in a new context...
If a switch of theme could implement a custom panelmap + set of
tiddlers you could have a completely different pagelayout + opening
tiddlers for each theme.
My second question:

Can a Panelmap be invoked by a paramifier? Like url/
#txtPanelMap:SomeMap ?
My third question:

If this is possible -
What is the syntax for opening a TW with theme, *moveable panelMap*
and a permalinked tiddlerstory?
I believe it could be something like: url/#txtTheme:SomeTheme
txtPanelMap:SomePanel Tiddler1#Tiddler2#Tiddler3 ??

Can I specify a story of tiddlers to open or/and a moveable panelMap
in the SystemTheme tiddlers - to be invoked when making a themeswitch?
I know it is a lot of questions - but they all seem related to me.
