Hi Rick I'm not sure if you are actually proposing a change in how TiddlyWiki is creating links from WikiWords or if you want to know how to override it?? If you want to override the creation of wikilinks you simply put ~ in front of the word. ~DB1 is *not* a WikiLink..
For an overview of TiddlyWikielements and correct names (There are no such things called "tiddlies" in a TiddlyWiki!) I suggest that you take a look at: http://tinyurl.com/yel4r4p If you on the other hand want to create a link from a non-wikiword, you simply put double square brackets around the word - like this: [[TEST]] - a socalled "prettylink" is made like this: [[TEST| ThisIsTheVeryLongAndUglyTitleThatIWantThisLinkCalledTESTToReferTo]] Regards Måns Mårtensson On 29 Sep., 20:51, RickSeiden <[email protected]> wrote: > When I'm entering a new Tiddly, sometimes some words appear as Tiddly > links by default, even if those words don't have a Tiddly associated > with them. > > For example, when I create a new Tiddly called TEST, and put just DB2 > into it and save it, it assumes DB2 is a Tiddly word.
