I think AttachFilePlugin and FileDropPlugin are able to import whole directories of files. http://www.tiddlytools.com/#AttachFilePackage Though then you would have to convert these dropped tiddlers to TiddlyWiki syntax or add the <html> tag at the begining and the <</ html> at the end of each of those imported tiddlers.
