Personally, I don't like the design of the GitHub user interface either and I was looking for ways to change it. I came across topics like GitHub Marketplace <https://github.com/marketplace>, GitHub REST API v3 <https://developer.github.com/v3/>, GitHub GraphQL API v4 <https://developer.github.com/v4/> and Probot Framework <https://developer.github.com/v4/>. You can achieve a lot with these, but now I have come up with a much simpler alternative: How about a browser AddOn to redesign the user interface of GitHub? For a first test, I'll try to create one that simply renames "Issues" to "Topics" on a GitHub page. The "TiddlyWiki community" AddOn.
