As an additional query, I'd be looking to create a template (haven't done 
before) so that each tiddler would be tagged with "text" for instance.

However, that would create unecessary clutter.

I'm not that familiar with using other fields, but could the stylesheet be 
applied using another field in a template, which is therefore hidden from 
view?
